These Terms & Conditions govern your use of aicommerce.network, operated by KOVI Technologies Private Limited, Hyderabad, India.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using aicommerce.network, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

aicommerce.network is a GEO Commerce platform that helps individuals, businesses and agencies understand and improve how AI engines discover, understand, compare, cite and recommend them. Services include:

• AI Visibility Scanning (ACS Score)
• Recommendation Gap Analysis
• Technical GEO Audit
• Citation & Influence Graph
• Competitive Intelligence
• GEO Autopilot (ready-to-deploy assets)
• Agency Command Center & API

3. Account & Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in INR unless otherwise stated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, reverse-engineer our scoring methodology, or use our API to build a competing product without written consent.

5. Data & Privacy

Scan data and competitive intelligence remain strictly isolated per account. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is stored on our servers in Bangalore, India.

6. Disclaimer

ACS scores are diagnostic benchmarks based on real measured checks. We do not guarantee specific AI recommendations or business outcomes. Results vary based on AI engine behaviour which is outside our control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the period ends.

Refund Policy

We offer the following refund policy:

• Within 7 days of first purchase: Full refund if you have not used more than 10 scans
• After 7 days: No refund for the current billing period. Cancellation applies from next period.
• Technical issues: If our platform is unavailable for more than 24 continuous hours in a billing period, we will apply a pro-rata credit to your next invoice.
• Agency plans: Refunds evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@aicommerce.network with your registered email, order ID, and reason for refund. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
